After graduating college in 1979 I came to the Island for a two week vacation. That two week vacation has lasted almost 30 years! As a child I would visit the Island with my parents, Ralph and Nancy Toon. Dad was a major contractor at the time building many of the Island's condo complexes. Real estate was a natural choice for a career and one I have worked hard at ever since. In addition to my extensive 25 years experience in local real estate, I have attained the following highly regarded real estate designations ABR, CCIM, CRS, e-PRO, GRI, RRS.
